No! We are happy to help with last-minute bookings, but be aware that award availability may be limited. It's never too early to start planning your next trip, although awards tickets usually become available about a year before the flight, so it's impossible to book before that time.

The $50 research fee allows us to get the search process started so that you can assess your options prior to our first consultation.

If the airline involuntarily cancels or changes your flight, we are happy to help with a flight change free of charge. If the change is voluntary, we charge a $100 change fee per flight, in addition to any change fees charged by the airline or hotel.

No. We will find your flights and walk you through the booking process, but we will not actually make the booking on your behalf. We find that this process is easier for all parties, instead of having to coordinate sensitive data like credit card and password information.

No. Aside from the non-refundable $50 search fee, you won't pay until you are satisfied with the trip that we have built for you.
